Does osteoarthritis cause uveitis? |
Does osteoarthritis cause uveitis? Uveitis is often associated with some arthritic conditions; it is not necessarily caused by the arthritis, they just tend to "run together" for some reason, for example in rheumatoid or some types of reactive arthritis. I don't know of real link from osteoarthritis to uveitis but some causes of uvetitis are unknown. Most cases of uvetitis are tied to auto immune diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis. |
