What are some things to do for osteoarthritis? |
I just found out I have it in my back. I won't be to the doctor for an MRI till next week, and I'm just curious to know... why do I have this at a young age (32) and what can I do to make it better? Anti inflammatories like Advil, motrin, Aleve, Ibuprophen. Tylenol will not work for this pain. I don't know why you have it at such a young age but you might want to try heat or cold to relive the pain. You will want to take frequent rest breaks so you don't overstress your muscles.
