If you are in cold country use all warm things.

If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.
Massage and sun bath is good thing, pl try.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.

None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 90% success in treating RA and all other pains confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I treat it with our SHREE SWASTHYAYOG THERAPY, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.

The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible, ALL COLD THINGS; worry, tension, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING.

Meat, soups, Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help.

I am so sorry to hear you are in so much pain! Some people have increased mobility in their hands by using heat. This loosens the joints and muscles, helping to move your fingers a little more easily. And of course you want to keep using & moving your fingers to maintain any increased range of motion you achieve. There is a finglerless glove you might like to try called Handheater. It has hot packs in it so your hands will get nicely heated up, and your fingers will be exposed so you can start to do some of those tasks around the house! you can get them at www.hotwears.ca. Hope this helps!
