Osteoarthritis?

As a secondary medicine to glucosamine which is better:
Fish oil or Flaxseed/Linseed oil tablets?

I take a supplement with all that, flax seed, fish oil, and omega 3 6 and 9 very important to find one with all three omegas. Shark cartilage if you can find it also works great, and a calcium +D supplement 1 tablet morning and night. My Dr. told me to split the calcium into two doses as the body wont absorb all from both pills consumed at once. And I found a liquid calcium capsule. GL I feel for you, I suffer with this as well :)
Flaxseed
I haven't tried any of those.Doctor told me there was nothing he could do for mine.I thought there was no relikfe or treatment out there
The National Institutes of Health have not found any conclusive evidence that glucosamine is in any effective.

That was the one and only study done with less than 1,500 people participating.

Hopefully there's something else out there.
