Has anyone with osteoarthritis had experience with HA knee injections? What is your outcome?

I had the knee injections last year and at first I was ecstatic. I could walk without pain for the first time in years. It lasted for a few months but then the pain came back. I am going back in for an exam again and determine whether to go with the injection for the third time or see what other alternative there is.
