Can a persons diet effect osteoarthritis and if so what foods should be avoided.?



what foods should be eaten regularly

I also know someone who has have osteoarthritis and diet can play a big part in helping the condition. Oily fish as it has omega 3 in it and also skimmed milk not full fat as it has a higher calcium level and lower fat content.
Milk and calcium based foods are considered to be good
plenty of calcium is good for the ones...................
