How is aquatic therapy good for osteoarthritis patients?

How is aquatic therapy good for osteoarthritis patients?

It is good for any arthritis patient. It's important to keep the joints moving to prevent stiffness and such and aquatic therapy is less damaging because it doesn't give you the hard jolts to the joints as other exercise such as jogging and such.
