What natural product can I take for the osteoarthritis in my neck.?

I know how you feel, I used to suffer from this problem but since i am an alternative medicinal therapist I've managed to control it. Now let's see if i can help.
There are many effective alternatives for this condition so be patient.
This condition is an erosion of a cartilage of a joint.The aged sometimes suffer from a dimished supply of hydrochloric acid in the stomach which is necessary for normal calcium metabolism. An effective substitute is 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glass of water sipped before or during meals.
Alternatives are: Black Cohosh and Meadowsweet(natural sources of salicylic acid) Hawthorn for blood circulation or Devils claw.
Celery seeds = 1 tsp to one cup of boiling water, infuse for 15 mins. Half to one cup 2-3 times a day,before meals.
Diet: Oily fish,low fat, low salt,high fibre.Avoid lemons and other citrus fruits.
Cod liver oil is very good for cartilage repair.Hot and cold compresses twice daily.Capsicum cream. Hot epsom salt baths twice weekly.
The list is endless, but your GP won't give you any information like this.They like to dish out painkillers instead.
Suppliments: Pantothenic acid, 10mg of Vitimin A = 7500iu
Vitimin B6 25mg, Vitimin E 400iu: Zinc 25mg

I have used a Glucosamine 750 Mg/Chondroitin 600 mg complex. It comes in a single pill. I get them at Sam's or Walmart.

I won't say it has cured it but it has made it tolerable. If I forget to take it for a few days the pain comes back.

If you try it be patient because it takes a couple weeks to take hold. I took two tablets a day for 30 days then dropped to one a day.

Good luck. It is hard to back up a car with a bum neck. At least now I can turn my head to see behind me..
