Thus, analgesics are the only needed drugs for the management of this condition, and as such, antiinflammatory agents are not indicated.
Rheumatoid arthritis is another story however, and anti-inflammatory agents take a major part in its management.
Yes, when the osteoarthritis is accompanied by pain and inflammation (which usually happens).
