Is there any yoga practice for osteoarthritis?

Is there any yoga practice for osteoarthritis?

I would highly recommend Iyengar yoga. Talk to your teacher before you start so he can prescribe the asanas (poses) for your condition. Also, since Iyengar yoga uses props such as straps, blocks, chairs, bolsters, it's more accessible for people who have less mobility in their joints.

Also, go see an Aryuvedic doctor so he can do panchakarma on you. Good luck!
