What is the best way to relieve pain in the hands for osteoarthritis sufferers?Is there a permanent cure?

Although there is still no permanent cure, claims by the Sanofi-Synthelabo Inc. indicated that Hyalgan, in use for over a decade, has recently been shown to provide extended pain relief with a single course of treatment. Furthermore, the recently issued company press release asserts that there are no safety restrictions on repeat treatment with Hyalgan.

I just looked it up on a medical site I use for work, though I don't know anything about it myself but you might wanna ask your doc about it.. . Good luck.
