ask a doctor but I know swimming is supposedto be ideal for arthritis sufferers It can be water walking or water exercise even if you cant swim
Almost certainly. I love walking but have to be seriously careful for similar reasons.
Walk as far as you are comfortable with. Please don't try to do too much. If you are like me you are determined not to let it beat you.
But you have to be realistic: try gentle stretching exercises.
These can help.
