How has osteoporosis effected your daily life? |
How has osteoporosis effected your daily life? Well i have to try to be more careful because my bones break easily and i have a lot of pain in my hip and back cuz that is where most of mine is.... its makes ur bones more prone, because they are weak For myself, not too much yet, but it will . I have a lousy family history of osteoporosis & complications. My mom collapsed 7 vertebrae over a course of 6 years, had multiple hairline fractures in her feet, just from normal walking, & repeatedlly broke ribs simply from coughing or rolling over in bed. Seeing the pain she suffered was heartbreaking, & she is far from the worst case. TAKE YOUR CALCIUM!!!! |
