Has osteoporosis got you down? Not yet, however, I have bone density scans at least every 2 years, and take evista and 1200 mg. of calcium a day. I'm not sure how much it is helping, but my grandmother,3 aunts and my mother all had it. The older they got the more problems they had, but they did not have the technology or the medication I have and they caught it early in me. Of course, the pain pills they give me help. yes Nope My bone is in good shape no, being broke does. No way! OsteoCare does wonders. Nope! but it has my mom down, what are you doing about it? help, i've fallen and i can't get up and i don't have one of those thingys! I've fallen and I can't get up.. WHA ... Is that a disease I can get from being 'too friendly' with my Ostrich? its got me taking actonel no not yet , I got milk |

Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium. Your body can make it's own Vitamin D if you live in an area that has direct sunlight as your body uses sunlight to make vitamin D. Vitam...
