Does Boniva and other drugs for Osteoporosis really grow dead bone?

I have heard that it merely calcifies on bone is this true?

Actually those advertised medications have never been clinically studied to aid in bone strength...but the side effects can really cause problems

What do you mean by "dead bone?"

No bone in the human body is dead, unless the person themselves is dead.

Boniva and other osteoporosis drugs work by making your body build stronger bones.

No , all they do is strenghten existing fragile bones.
