I've osteoporosis and busted fragmented lower back at L4. Can you offer words of hope and encouragement?

I am not very clear as to what has busted or fragmented. Is in the vertebrae at L4 or is it the Disc prolapse at L4? In either case please do not get disheartened as ther eis a lot of help available.

Most probably it wud be disc prolapse which can be handled by some lifestyle postural changes and pain management. Accupuncture works wonders for vertebral pain relief too

Don't give up. They are doing amazing things in the medical world today. Most importantly, Accept whatever God allows to be put upon you with gratitude in your heart. Move forward utilizing your other strengths. God will not allow more to be put upon you than you have the ability to endure. The more He expects, the more He will allow. If you endure righteously, Christ being your example, You will be blessed beyond what you can imagine.
