Can large fruit consumption cause osteoporosis?

Can large fruit consumption cause osteoporosis?

Not directly. It can cause you to not focus on your calcium intake if you are consuming large amounts of fruit and veggies a day and not replacing them with calcium. If you are a woman over 30 I strongly reccommend taking calcium tablets daily to boost your calcium, expecially if you are concerned about it!
Don't worry about the calcium if you eat plenty of green leaves and whole meal bread.
You would have to eat massive amounts of fruit to affect your bones it is far more harmful to drink things like coke that contain phosphoric acid.
It hasn't with me I love my fruit
vegan
No, but a lack of calcium could contribute. If you eat lots of fruit *and* get plenty of calcium, you shouldn't have a problem.
