Sugars are to be used sparingly, with emphasis on maple syrup and honey because of the nutrients they contain. Available on Alibris.com if you can't score a local copy For osteoporosis, the best thing is to get lots of calcium. For arthritis, chondroitin and glucosamine has helped me plenty. For diabetes, the only "natural" remedy is controlling the sugar in one's diet closely enough to not need insulin. When I was in college, I was diagnosed as hypoglycemic. The doctor explained that, if I went on as I was, in a few years I would have diabetes and have to shoot insulin. He proposed that I take the alternative of eating a very low sugar diet, and stick to just natural sugars, avoiding refined sugars (sucrose). I have done that, and I still do not have diabetes at the age of 59. do not know if it will help but I take a Herb called Jack's Path--I use it as a cleaning agent to remove impurities from my body, I feel healthier, more energy, and was told he helps to fight cancer as I believe it does but to each his / her own-- I take it for peace of mind---- Diabetes-- Cassia Cinnamon. 1/4 tsp. 3 times per day. Omega 3 oil, {fish oil capsules}, and calcium for osteoporosis and arthritis. visit kerala There is no known cure for diabetes just ways to control it. Meaning if you stop the treatment your blood sugar level will go out of control again. I have tried the following 'cures' and found that they do help - Cinnamon Powder, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Green Tea. In fact my control was so good the doc told me I may be able to get off the needle soon :) As for osteoporosis and arthritis, just lots of calcium - if you can get Green Bamboo essential oil try to diffuse it.
