you can only have a good calcium diet and stop it from getting worse.
I have to say yes but with some hard work and medicines that will really help and are not available in the us but i will give you a hint check Dr.Gave mirkin.com
It takes time, but I think whit the diet you can get better the situation. The bones are not statics, they destroy and rebuild continuously, so you can change it. Of course, it depend by the cause of your osteoporosis...
