What is the most effect treatment to get maximum calcium intake for osteoporosis?

I am assuming you will be using "home treatments" as apposed to medicinal treatments.If you are using medicinal treatments, please consult your doctor before adding to the regimen.
My best advice for you would be the obvious Dairy,Vitamins, fruits and vegetables such as orange and broccoli are rich in calcium as well.
What women dont know is that our bodies need vitamin D to help metabolize calcium.Otherwise calcium with just pass through with minimal retention.
When you go to the grocery check your milk labels, Always buy milk with vitamin D added.Most whole milk has vitamin D added.Also if you buy calcium chews or supplements make sure you check those labels as well.

ive heard wonderful things about coral calcium
try to eat dairy product such as cheese and yogurt and drink milk,.you can also get calcium pills.
You can try Os-Cal.
You can also try Vitamin D directly, the more units the more potent it is....

I take Vitamin D 400 unit's with D3 in it myself..
