Hi everyone. On thursday this week I am going into a preadmissions for ovarian cancer? |
what I want to know is, I got a letter today from the hospital and it was saying I will be talking to anethists, doctors, nurses etc for 2-3 hours. Why do they need to spend that much time with me before I go in for surgery on the 16th of this month. what I have is very terminal it is ovaran cancer which was recently picked up a few weeks ago. It has taken me just over 2 years to finally get a diagnosis. so please if you an tell me why they want me in for that long on thursday? I am now getting worried. Don't worry hun!!! I was extremely nervous before my very first preadmissions for bowel cancer. The doctors want to talk to you because they probably want to see how you are feeling. They also probably want to tell you what they are going to do. If you did not fill any paperwork out, maybe that is part of the reason. Don't be afraid or worried. Everything is going to be ok. My heart goes out to you. I will pray for you. Where do you live that it took so long?? |
