:'(
please tell me everything about it..

sorry your mom has cancer.-
ovarian cancer it's a form of epitelian cancer, in the cells that cover the ovary.-
she probably is going to have her ovaries removed and need homonal terapy and quimo.-

Ovarian Cancer is cancer of the ovaries. The ovaries are two identical organs found in a woman's lower abdomen which produce hormones and ova (eggs.) Ovarian Cancer usually occurs in women over 50 years of a age or who have started menopause, but can occur in younger women. It is a malignant tumor that forms on one or both of the ovaries. Other than that, I don't know much about it.

Do a bit of research. Here are some helpful links:

http://www.ovarian.org/ (On the right side of the screen, mouse over "medical" and click on what you are looking for. Look at some of the other pages too)

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ovari... (This has some helpful links of it's own)

http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/types... (Just a definition and some stats. Search around a bit on the same site)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovarian_can... (Wikipedia article)

Look up "ovarian cancer" on Google, refine your results to find specifically what you are searching for, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, talk to your doctor! Ask a doctor or specialist about it, because real people are always the best sources.

Good luck, and tell your mother to get well soon!

Edit: ! H@T3 B3!NG T0LD W#@T 2 D0- Please do not copy and past information from a website without stating it in your sources. I read the Wikipedia article before linking it, babe ;)

Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor, of any histology, arising from an ovary. ovarian cancer is the fifth leading cancer that causes women to die. According to the American Cancer Society, there is no true test for ovarian cancer. "Several large studies are in progess to learn how best to find ovarian cancer in its earliest stage."[1] Since there is no accurate screening test, "an exploratory surgical procedure called laparotomy is generally required for the definitive diagnosis of ovarian cancer. During this procedure, cysts or other suspicious areas must be removed and biopsied. After the incision is made, the surgeon assesses the fluid and cells in the abdominal cavity. If the lesion is cancerous, the surgeon continues with a process called surgical staging to ascertain how far the cancer has spread." The disease is more common in industrialized nations, with the exception of Japan. In the United States, females have a 1.4% to 2.5% (1 out of 40-60 women) lifetime chance of developing ovarian cancer. Older women are at highest risk.[citation needed] More than half of the deaths from ovarian cancer occur in women between 55 and 74 years of age and approximately one quarter of ovarian cancer deaths occur in women between 35 and 54 years of age.
The risk of developing ovarian cancer appears to be affected by several factors. The more children a woman has, the lower her risk of ovarian cancer. Early age at first pregnancy, older ages of final pregnancy and the use of low dose hormonal contraception have also been shown to have a protective effect. Ovarian cancer is reduced in women after tubal ligation.[citation needed]Ovarian cancer is classified according to the histology of the tumor, obtained in a pathology report. Histology dictates many aspects of clinical treatment, management, and prognosis. All you have to do is stay strong. visit www. wikipedia.com/ ovarian cancer....you can find out plenty of information....

Google it - you'll find more info than you can read. Don't panic. It's a very serious type of cancer, of the ovaries which is part of the female reproductive system. People do recover from it though - but she will probably have surgery, then followup treatments.

Good luck to your mom, and to you.

Ovarian Cancer, is a female cancer caused by oestrogen. See these websites:

http://www.diagnose-me.com/treat/T271923...

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=D...

DIM regulates oestrogen, and has shown great results for ovarian cancer, Di-Indole-Methane. This supplement you can take complementery to conventional medicine, ask your oncologists, just in case. I'm not sure of the dosae for cancer, but i take 400mg for hormone-caused acne.

look into Rife technology, www.rife.de, oncotherm make good machines, the GB4000 is good as well.

Also alkalise your body by eating lots of raw veg/fruit dark green leafy vegetables especially, Read a book called 'The pH Miracle' it sells on amazon. Cancer patients usually have an internal acidic environment, ideal for cancer and pathogenic microbes to thrive.

Also see an orthomolecular medicine doctor, take 1000mg-2000mg of Vitamin C per day in the form of magnesium ascorbate. Cut out all meat, cheese, sugar, from your diet. Look into Laetrile as well, as wlell as Dr. Hulda Clark's book 'Cure for all advanced cancers', she is a ND naturopath, and has natural remedies for all types of cancers.

Make a detox tea, watch 'Jerry Brunetti's videos, his a cancer survivor, he had non-hodgkins lymphoma, and he used alternative medicine alone. I think they are on google video or youtube. It include Pau De' Arco, and other antimicrobial ingredients. Look into HyperImmune Milk, the MERCK Patent, its all on Bruunetti's videos, 'A personal odyssey/nutrition' and 'Food as Medicine'

http://www.cancerdecisions.com/order.htm...

Also look into the Moss Reports, they cost money to buy the rport, but trust me it is worth it. Ralph Moss takes a scientific approach when evaluating alternative medicine for cancer, specific to whatever cancer that you have, he has a report for all of them. I believe his daughter died of cancer from conventional medicine route.http://www.cancerdecisions.com/order.htm...

I would recommend you see a good naturopath, nutritionist, and an open minded medical doctor to help you fight this. Ask them if they have treated cancer before, and leukemia, and ask for testomies and whether you could talk to their previous patients ect. As well as an orthomolecular doctor {sometimes a good nutritionist is trained in this area also}, as well as a good western botanical medicine herbalist.

Consider supplement with 'Oxygen Elements Plus' by GHT, as well as oxygen/ozone therapy. Look into DCA a new drug to restart mitochondria in cancer cells, not on prescription yet, but i heard people are getting their hands on it somehow from chemical companies.

Also ultilise the Bob Beck Protocol and look into Gerson Therapy, watch 'Dying To Have Known' available on Bit Che program search, download using bittorrent, or buy it. Gerson Therapy, is a cancer therapy that involves juicing raw organic carrots/apples, and dark green leafy vegetables. Serious, research this further.

Please also visit the Rifeforum.com for more information. One doctor in Italy, uses sodium bicarbonate {yes, ordinary baking soda} intravenous for cancer patients, and has had remarkeable success/cure in his patients. Research this further, sorry i dont remember the name, it should be on google or the rife forum.

Instead of yoghurt, have Kefir, look into Kefir making, this has more probitoics in it, and its free to make at home.

Hope this helps. Dont hesitate to email me. put IMPORTANT as the subject, as i have hundreds of emails in my inbox
