Ovarian Cancer Questions-Please!?

First, what are other early symptoms? Can a benign tumor mimic symptoms of ovarian cancer? like the bloating? How likely is it to beat this cancer? I really need help. Thanks

unfortunately there are no early symptoms of ovarian cancer and by the time most are diagnosed they are inoperable , bloating , urinary symptos , heaviness etc are some non specific symptoms ,
prognosis is not very optimistic ,
