Re-occuring ovarian cysts...chances of cancer? |
I've had 3 cysts on 1 ovary. 1 in which was 4 cm, I went to the doctor, and with treatment (and car accident), it ruptured along with the 1 cm cysts behind it. I was fine last month and cleared of any cysts. But now the same pain I felt when I had cysts are back again. And it's on the same side where I had them the last time. I am on my period, but my right side is not giving me as much pain as my left. When I was a freshman in high school, my Mother had a hysterectomy. They found border line tumors on numerous reproductive organs along with very large cysts. I have an appt. to see my OB/GYN on May 20th. What could be causing these cysts to re-occur. I'm almost certain it's back. Are you on the pill? |
