Really Scared that i have ovarian cancer?

I'm 21 and have been experiencing lower abdominal pain in the area of my ovaries and above, abdominal swelling and bloating, lower back and thigh pain, and a feeling of hunger even if i just ate recently. This has been off and on for the past month. What do you think this is?

My daughter is 22 and had exactly the same symptoms as you. Turns out that she has a bloody cyst on her right ovary. We are going to the gynecologist this week for more exams and probably talk about removing it since it's causing a lot of pain!

I would see your gynecologist. I had all the symptoms your having, except the hunger. I had to go to the emergency room my pain was so bad i could barely walk, had some tests done and found out i had a cyst on my ovary. By this time it was the size of a softball, had it removed. came back a couple months later and had to have ovary removed. i suggest making an appointment with gynecologist.

I doubt if you have ovarian cancer at your age. You sound like a hypochondriac to me. Go to the doctor if it makes you feel better. I've had mysterious aches and pains and feelings of hunger my whole life. You could have low blood sugar and if you have food sensitivities, that can cause aches and pains.
