Does Ovarian Cancer have a smell?

Frist I want to say that I have good hygene. I am married and have had only 2 partners in my life. I have a discharge that has no smell but sometimes I have a fowl smell on certain days. I worry that it might be serious. Got check at by the obgyn and I was fine.

I highly doubt it's serious. I've heard that cancer does have a smell and there are apparently dogs that can smell cancer in people. I doubt that you or I could smell it though. And it would not have a discharge like you describe anyway.
If your doctor says you're alright then I wouldn't worry about it.

You got checked by the ObGyn, and everything was fine. Why are you still worrying? I assume you had a pelvic exam during which she examined your ovaries for lumps/swelling?

Signs of Ovarian Cancer: bloating, fullness, and pressure in the abdomen, pain in the abdomen, pelvis or lower back, unexplained changes in your bowel movements, unexplained weight loss or gain, particularly weight gain in the abdomen, frequent or urgent urination, fatigue, and pain during intercourse. Foul smell is not listed.

Since it is only certain days, I think it is a natural part of your cycle. Relax?

You need to trust your doctor. They call ovarian cancer one of the silent killers because there are very seldom any signs until it is too late. If your doctor felt like anything was wrong you would have had more extensive testing.
If you are still worried I don't think it would be out of the question to seek out a second opinion.
Even with meticulous Hygiene you can still develop odors. Your vaginal area has more secretions than anywhere else on your body, and sometimes they smell. If you had an infection your discharge would change and you would have other symptoms.

No ovarian cancer never smells. A cervix cancer may smell sometimes if it is infected. But it will be visible to your gynaecologist and since your visit to the gynae was normal that means in all probability you have some vaginal infection. maybe candidiasis or trichomonas

if you got checked and you were fine then why are you worrying
