Ovarian cancer or something else?

I am going to try to make an appointment with an obgyn this week but:

I've been having a feeling a fullness at my spleen/stomach area. I've been checked for mono, and the test came back negative. I also had a cbc that came back normal.

I've been experiencing slight hip pain, slight pelvic pain (when I press on the area it's tender), slight burning/pain in the urethra/vagina at times, and a sudden frequency to urinate. I've also noticed this fullness feeling in the stomach/spleen area/left upper part of the body (it's slightly enlarged), my appetite is still apparent, but I feel full right away when I try to eat. I've also had a little indigestion.

These symptoms seemed to have all developed within the past few days, and I am incredibly scared. I don't have any bloating in the pelvic region though from what I can tell.

My period was just last week and normal, but my stomach/spleen area is somewhat enlarged. I am worrying myself sick.

I'm only 18 years old.

It sounds like something else like a cyst could be going on (an example only).

However, the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation.
