Neupagin, is a medication that helps the body build up white blood cells faster, to help the body fight off infections. It does have a nasty side effect that they call bone pain because white blood cells are formed in the bone marrow and Neupagin kick starts the bone marrow into high gear. Tylenol helps alleviate what to me felt like a migraine in the small of my back.
