Does Anyone know about ovarian cancer?

Does it affect young women in their late 20s who has had a child? What are the symptoms? I hear it is the deadliest of all gynecological cancers. Is that ture?

I am an 8 year survior of Ovarian cancer. They call it the silent killer, because most of the time there are no symptoms. I was 19 when I was diagnosed. They removed one overy and falpian tube. I went through chemo. And two years later I gave birth to my oldest daughter. If you want more info drop me a line. Also visit the Gilda Radner foundation. They are wonderful.
