Does anyone know the signs of ovarian cancer and how the symptoms progress? unfortunately,ovarian cancer lots of the time does not present with symptoms until it is too late.i was misdiagnosed several yrs ago..routine cell path checks after a hysterectomy came back as ovarian cancer.several months and lots of tears and research later,i was told it was not cancer,just abnormal cells.it took a ob/gyn path specialist to determine this,tho. this is serious painfully eyeopening stuff.q&a is fun,informative,etc..but if you or someone you know is having gyn problems,you need to see a doc..not a gp,an ob/gyn FAST. for online research try webmd,or john hopkins univ...go to ovarian cancer and read,read,read. if you want to talk more,plez email me.GOD BLESS.
