What could uterine mass be if it is not a hematoma, not ovarian cancer, nor is it attached to ovaries?

The most likely cause is fibroids, a very common and basically harmless thing. See the link below. Source(s): http://www.fibroids.net/aboutfibroids.ht...
A cyst or a polyp? Better to ask an OBGYN, really.
Possibly fibroid tumors. They may cause anything from no symptoms at all, to heavy periods and some trouble when you are pregnant. But they themselves are not cancer and not life-threatening. They are quite common.
Fibroid tumor? Ask your doctor...
My bet is uterine fibroid's(more common). Worst case scenario cervical cancer.
Fibroid. Relatively harmless and quite common. In younger women, doctors may do surgery to cut large ones out because of the intense bleeding that occurs during periods and the potential problems they can cause during pregnancy. In older women, they go away with menopause, so doctors tend to just leave them.
