I'm so depressed,It's been a year since my Bf death and I just found out I have Ovarian Cancer!? |
I feel as if God has just given up on me.He took away the love of my life, took away my health, (2 weeks ago I found out I have Ovarian Cancer), the sympton of this cancer has made me grow facial hair and Im losing my figure. (which was at first Polycystic Ovaries but worsened) God took away my finaces (I'm a Sophmore in college with no job but 1,000 in credit card debt from books) and left me stranded I dont haev any close friends, just a couple of associates,All I do is sit in my dorm room and surf the web.. Please offer words of encorungment this is the most hopeless I have ever been in my life. Man with prostate cancer 26 years old here. Hello you sound vary much like I once did. Our world is designd areound self satisfying things that really only stress us out. I am a ex thug, who had to have every thing stripped from my life and fall on my knees broken and beat by my enemies, the police jail guards my bros turned on me in my weak state. With only a light fixtue and a bed sheet to hang myself from as friends I got my dove sign. I love my God, at that moment I thought I could no longer bare any more, a page with a short story came under my solid steal jail house door, from one of the badest, and toughest men I ever met. It was a story about our God our heavenly Father, who unlike an earthly father that will give us to much weight to bare on our shoulders will give us only as much as we can take, the rest is our choice. I am feeling better gratually, when every doctor gave me pills that made me so sick I would bleed, un naturally. Don't choose to sit when you want to get up and move depression and stress go hand and hand and cause cancerous growth. You might have cancer because of sitting in your chair and missing your boyfriend. Don't give up and don't look to the world for truth, this world only has to tell you you need therapy, you need pills you need all this pleceboe how ever you spell it bull ****. You know god, you can start their, now I know god he saved me I no Ancient hebrew I can speak and read the truth (real bible) with out worldly excuse, repeat this Yhwa, or LORD, Jehova, its all the same god, you will here many personalized variation of it from tinity churches to jehovas witnesses to Jewish people to Chinease but I can tell you to prey to God in his sun jesus, name I know, ask for light on to your feet and stregth for a happy motivated day, so you can work and build and help someone else someday. Repeat this, best practice start a relationship with God and your hart Jeses is the key, he is purety and truth, My father who arts in heaven please teach me your gloriouse ways and show me the truth that has been hidden from this world. give me the stregth my lord to know the enemy in my body (cancer) why it is there and what to do to win, is it my life style I believe you choose to take my BF I loved him, but I trust in you, please show me the door from this room of pain, I wan't to grow I want to live and I will love my temple ever more as you would want me to. I will pass on to some on else in need, what I can, my lord I will water the seed if you will make it grow, being my knowledge of you and healing in Jesus name. I Talk to a counselor, a priest, a minister, etc. This too shall pass. And HE would never give you more than what you can handle. That is a fact. You are strong. You will make it through. I promise. There is a lot you can't see looking from the inside out. I'll pray for you. you need to find someone you can talk to. When things get hard, we always tend to believe that God has let us down. I know, I've been in that situation too. As hard as it may be for you right now, try to think positive..find something in all of the sadness thats positive and thrive on that. Positive vibes being sent your way, everything will be ok :) I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. God has not given up on you just because things are bad in your life right now. It is during the tough times that you should turn to God for the strength to make it through the rough spots. It will make you a stronger person in the end. What you view as God taking something away from you could simply be that you put yourself in your current (financial) situation. Don't forget that God helps those who help themselves. Get out of your dorm room. You shouldn't isolate yourself when you're feeling down because it only perpetuates the depression. Don't blame God because you have exercised your free will poorly. Instead try to find God in those situations. Seek and ye shall find. Ask and ye shall receive. God Bless You!!! I am sorry about your boyfriend and your illness. One thing that you should understand, is that Ovarian Cancer is NOT a death sentence. My mother is an Ovarian Cancer survivor and she is in a support group with many women like her. The best thing you can do is to stay positive (I know, easy for me to say) it will make a difference in how quickly and how well you recover. As for not having friends, get involved in campus activities. There are many, many things that you can get involved with on campus. Please don't give up. I am sure that your boyfriend is watching over you and loving you. God has not given up on you. I can't tell you why this is happening, but sometimes crappy things happen to good people. Try to get out, it will help so much. God bless you. |
