Overactive bladder question?

I have a very overactive bladder and urinate frequently. I often just end up holding it in for long periods of time, especially at night if I don't want to get up. I was on medication a few years ago, but I don't really think it helped. Is there anything I can do to lessen the amount I have to urinate?

Natural remedies? Recommended medications?...

See a urologist.
