Is there an Internist, Rheumatologist, Pain Management Doctor in the house?

Ok, to try to make a long story short, I've been going through some severe back pain (thorasic and lumbar region) in the last 4 months (acute and constant) and have been for X-Ray (unremarkable) and MRI (normal degeneration for a 25 year old female) and am currently waiting for a pre cert for a CT scan with contrast as the rediologist detected potentially inflamed blood vessels or lymphnods around my ovaries.

Currently working with a Pain Management/Spine Specialist @ U of Penn Hosp who is pretty sure I have fibromaylsia (which I think is a BS catch-all). On 10mg Percoscet as Tremadol, Robaxin and Hydrocodone 500/5 and 750/7.5 didn't work.

Also waiting on inflamatory blood work back and retest on liver enzymes- a month ago AST was 45, ALT was 123, all other enzymes were within the normal range.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or similar cases that could potentially help me figure out what maybe wrong with me that hasn't been thought of yet by the specialists or G.P.?

Because of the inflammed blood vessels around your ovaries it's possible that you could be dealing with something called Pelvic Congestion Syndrome (an example only).

I would recommend consulting a gynecologist as well to see what they say.
