Back Pain Management after Surgery?


Id love to stop taking my pain killers and do something like breathing or soemthing anything other then take more medicine for my back/leg pain after my recent back surgery

yep get off them soon as ..you damage your neolotgic nerve system with every pill taken ,,take then when needed but try rest an heat packes and musle heat creams and a good old one that works a body rubb the touch of hands, make sure when your up to it start a..gym program to rebuild all tho's musle and soft tissu that have been damage,or the belly weight pulls on yaa back,ouchy,, its all up to you.at times it gets you down rember one thing ,out there,there is someone worst off than you...i been to hell with a t7 L5 L3 back too
