Can a woman keep her child away from the father because he take pain medicine for pain management?

I almost died in a car wreck and broke my neck, back, and shattered my face.

No they can not keep a child from anyone that is on pan med's prescribed by a doctor unless the person is bed ridden and needs someone there tohelp with day to day choris. You need a letter from your doc stating that the med's are prescibed for pian.
LOL yeah Y NOT
Well if you can't care for the child then you should have someone there with you. ANd unless you're addicted to it then no....no one can keep your child away from you!
Unless you are physically unable to care for her because of your injuries, no. You don't mention if there are other reasons, but you should talk to an attorney.

However, if you are an addict (meaning your accident was a long time ago and you are still on narcotics) then I can understand her concern. Your judgment is impaired when you are on narcotics.
Not unless you are addicted to the pain meds and she can prove it. Also where you drinking when you got into the car accident? Seems that if she is doing that there is more to the story then whats posted here.
If she can prove that you are abusing the medication or your judgment and ability to take care of the child is impaired while taking the medication then YES.
talk to your low down rip off lawyer
