Lower bk pain and pelvic pain 32 wk pregnant??

hello,
i am 32.5 wks pregnant with my 1st, and ave been having lower bk pains and a very heavy feeling in pelvic area, with strange movements.
plz can any one help??

sarah x

The heavy feeling in the pelvic area I would assume is the weight of the baby pushing down, since you are so far along. Your baby is very large by now and should be in the upside down position ready to go. With my first pregnancy I developed lower back pain that never went away and ended up being arthritis. My sister ended up with the same thing. A lot of women suffer from low back pain with pregnancy. There really isn't too much you can do until after the baby is born. They sell girdles for pregnant women that support the belly. Those help to relieve some of the pressure. Hope this helps!

Very normal

your doc can help you

prob just B/H contractions i got them to but from about 30 weeks you should be fine but if you are that concerned ring your midwife or ask you doc next time you go in if it worsens and you seriously cant stand it call the midwife

im in the same boat! Im 35 weeks and the pelvic pain is killer!! Its from the baby moving into the birthing position so they are getting lower and lower. The back pains could be for the same reason. I try to lay down and just take it easy for a while and not get up too sudden. At night time moving from side to side is almost impossible.. Hot showers work well for me. You might wanna ask your dr if there is anything they can suggest. MIne just told me its normal and i'll be fine... Good luck!

I've been having the same sometimes i an't walk i have had it since 25 weeks (i'm 28 weeks now)and have a toddler to care for!! Not nice but normal x

Normal, i am preg with my 4th and if i do alot with them i get the same thing.

if the pains are really bad then it could be SPD.
