LEFT side pelvic pain?

have pain from my belly button down, my LEFT pelvic area. The pain is a 9, and has gotten increasingly worse. I feel dizzy, i have a headache, and really bad lower back pain.. I also have diaarhea. What could this be? pregnancy, ovarian cysts. please dont say go to the doctor, because i already know that.

go to the ER or an acute care place right away. it could be nothing, or it could be something serious. it could be anything: kidney stones, appendicitis, radiating pain from anywhere!
don't mess around with pain like that. go now!

left side could be your spleen, intestinal problems, your stomach is on the left side, but guessing that you have diarrhea it could really be anything..i know you didn't want it said, but you should really go into the doctor, especially if you have had mono, it could be nothing and it could be way worse...good luck and feel better!

Have you had the flu yet? OMG so much pain from that! Maybe your period is going to start...If your dizzy sit down for a bit and breath! Drink lots of fluids such as water and cranberry juice. Apple juice may help get all the yucky stuff out real fast! Any vomit involved? If so, keep drinking fluids and maybe try to eat a small piece of bread even 1 cracker. Also curl up in a ball and see if that helps...Apply pressure to your left side.

I am with manicmousy here I am afraid. Any pain measuring 9 on the scale really does need emergency care. My gut feeling, and I stress that I am NOT a doctor, is that you may have a nasty urinary or pelvic infection that is, by virtue of the presence of back pain, starting to affect your kidneys. They need aggressive treatments with antibiotics and if they aren't taken care of quickly they can be dangerous.
