I have very chronic pelvic pain and whay can i do?

i have been to the hospital and it was noe my apendix its not food related i have had an iud taken out and it still really bad what should i do should i go back to the hospital or wait i have a guyney appointment in 7 weeks and cant get in any earler and i cant wait that long

Can you get in to see your primary care doctor right away? If not go to the ER.

Go to the ER ... have blood tests & an internal... in 7 weeks you could be in big trouble...Do you have a fever? That with increased pain will get you seen ...good luck

Call the after hours number (should be on the answering machine at your doctor's office) and ask to speak to the Ob/Gyn on call. Tell the on-call doc what is going on, and let him or her know that you are on your way to the emergency room because it is bad. When you get there, make sure that it is the Ob/Gyn they get to look at you, not some ER doc. That way, you can see an Ob/Gyn immediately. I know that they go to the ER for situations like this because my husband gets called out at all hours of the night for things like you describe. Don't wait or feel fearful about calling the doc on call. That's their job. Don't sit around in pain, especially for 7 weeks! If you have something serious going on, anything can happen in that amount of time.

Good luck, and remember, your health is the most important thing in your life, and could mean your life, and being treated is your right.

You didn't say whether you are also bleeding. If the IUD was embedded in the uterine wall, you've just had surgery and you can expect some pain. But only for a day or two. If there's a discharge (other than a small amount of bleeding) or if the pain continues to get worse, call your gyn tomorrow and try to get in to have it looked at.

Did your regular GYN remove it? Some folks use a separate surgeon.
