When u were pregnant did you get bad groin/pelvic pain? |
My groin/pelvic muscles hurt so bad it's hard to even lift my legs to walk up stairs or put on pants! Is this normal??? How many weeks are you?? I got SPD so this is totally normal for me and it really hurts, get it checked out... go to the doctor but, your pelvic muscles tend to hurt when they are stretching to tend to the uterus I am only about 6 weeks but I get pains right along my groin....not a sexy feeling lol my doctor said it is ok and some leg lifts will help relieve the pain Yes it is. the strain on your muscles from carrying the extra weight and stretching to accommodate the expansion is causing this pain and will only go away once you deliver at this point. This is normal. It is just your muscles starting to stretch.I get that from time to time.If it gets worse go to the doctors but its just your body preparing you 4 labour it can be normal. but it sounds like you have what i have. SPD. symphysis pubis dysfunction. it is where you pubic bone comes apart too far. i have been on painkillers and also have a physiotherapist and crutches to help me walk. sometimes it gets worse, but it can get better. look it up and tell you doctor. they will know what it is. It's normal (sorry to say). It's common to be sore from round ligament pain, and then later on in the pregnancy from the pressure of the baby on your insides. It shouldn't be a constant pain, or one that goes on for weeks and weeks. Sleeping with a pillow between your legs can help a lot, and so can making sure you have a comfortable mattress. yeah right now Im having the pains. most of the time its just ligament pain because of your uterus stretching, but if its sever or cramping go see a doctor becuase there is a possibility of miscarriage. heyyyyyyyy finally someone who is feeling wat Im feeling! i just ask a question about this a few days ago! Im going on 39weeks..and Im in soo much pain right now down there...getting up outta bed or from sitting is extremely painful! walking is painful at times...well i dont hav e to take it for so much longer , good thing it happens in the end of prgenancy! How far are you???...take care nd good luck with the pains.. hope u feel better as well as myself lol I've expirienced a lot of pinching pains in the groin area as well. If it gets too uncomfortable, i'd go talk to a doctor about it. |
