Pelvic Pain and Dizziness?

I have pain from my belly button down, my right pelvic area. The pain is a 9, and has gotten increasingly worse. I feel dizzy, i have a headache, and really bad lower back pain.. I also have diaarhea. What could this be? pregnancy, ovarian cysts. please dont say go to the doctor, because i already know that.

i am not quite sure what it could be because i am not a doctor. try going to web MD and typing in your symptoms.....

a cyst you can feel... so if you feel around where the pain is and find a lump then it is mostlikely a cyst

don't flip i just also wanted to suggest this:
Appendicitis, if so go to the doctor immediatly(i know you said not to say that but i had to)

What Are the Symptoms of Appendicitis?
The classic symptoms of appendicitis include:

Dull pain near the navel or the upper abdomen that becomes sharp as it moves to the lower right abdomen. This is usually the first sign.
Loss of appetite
Nausea and/or vomiting soon after abdominal pain begins
Abdominal swelling
Fever of 99掳 F to 102掳 F
Inability to pass gas
Almost half the time, other symptoms appear, including:

Dull or sharp pain anywhere in the upper or lower abdomen, back or rectum
Painful urination
Vomiting that precedes the abdominal pain
Severe cramps
Constipation or diarrhea with gas

Pain in your lower right abdomen could be appendicitis. You really should go to the ER just in case, because a ruptured appendix can kill you.

if it gets any worse go to the nearest planned parenthood cause that does not sound good.i had a friend who had to go there all the time because of horrid pains during cycle, and my sister had an ovarian cyst she passed out from the pain. i know you don't' want to hear go to the doctor but from what you described i sure as hell would b.
