Pelvic Pain Dizziness and Chills?

have pain from my belly button down, my LEFT pelvic area. The pain is a 9, and has gotten increasingly worse. I feel dizzy, i have a headache, and really bad lower back pain.. I also have diaarhea and chills. What could this be? pregnancy, ovarian cysts. please dont say go to the doctor, because i already know that

Sounds like it could be pelvic inflammatory disease- these are all classic symptoms. However, it could also be ectopic pregnancy or a ruptured ovarian cyst. These are all very serious disorders that need treatment ASAP. Get off Yahoo Answers and go to the doctor/ER immediately.

if u use tampons, it could be toxic shock syndrom...
warning signs include:vomiting, diarrhea, rash that looks like a sunburn, dizziness, muscle aches, and light headedness (dizzy).
