Im 33 weeks pregnant and having really bad pelvic pains and bloationg...what could this be?

Hello... I'm 19 and 33 weeks pregnant with my 1st. Lately I've been having some problems. I've been getting cramps and bloating...feels like im having my period even though there's no blood at all...not even spotting. It's been like this for a few days now. Plus I've been havng pains near my pelvis for a couple days and it hurts alot sometimes. I was just wondering: Is this common? and is there anything I can do about it?

Thanks,
Letecia

Very common. You are close to your due date. You are going to feel alot of things.I would contact my obgyn to be sure. get plenty of rest and everything should be alright.

Go to the doctor or midwife, this may be a urinary tract infection [ bladder infection] . You may need a course of antibiotics to put this right. Yeouch sounds painful and at 33 weeks you definitely don't need to be more uncomfortable than necessary. Best wishes and once this is sorted you will enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and a healthy baby.

i just went threw it for 4 days straight it was terrible - its your muscles stretching for the baby to engage in the comming weeks for a 1st pregnancy it usually happens aroung 36 weeks
good luck

It's also possible that it's early symptoms of premature labor. You should see you doctor asap to make sure everything is alright.

Probably your baby is preparing to be the next David Beckham. I'm glad I not a woman. All we do is shoot and observe. =)
