I'm 33 weeks Preg. and having really bad pelvic pains and bloating....help please? |
I'm 19 years old, and 33 weeks pregnant with my first. I have been having bad pelvic pains since this morning and now its worse and same with the bloating, they both get worse when I stand up or move around. Also it feels like im having my period but theres no blood at all. I was just wondering if this is normal and if there's anything I can do about it? hun it sounds to me a bit like labor you should lie down and drink water ... how long do the cramps last ? you should call your doctor I am 34 weeks preg and I have been having the same thing, I spoke to my doc and he said that when I get up the baby maybe will change postition putting more pressure on the pelvic area. This will cause bad period like cramps, and the worse thing is the thought of the approximate weight that is resting on your pelvis (approx. 2.5kg). So if you start getting bleeding with it, the see someone asap, but otherwise I find that if I have a hot shower and just let the water run over me (or even a warm bath) it eases the tension in the muscles down there. |
