Pains above pelvic 31 weeks pregnant(details)? |
everytime i i walk i have pins in my lower pelvic area is this normal for being 31 weeks pregnant? i dont think they are braxtan hicks because my whole stomach doesnt tighten. Totally normal. The pelvis ligamants tend to stretch when the baby is dropping. Sometimes (a lot for me) your hips will pop. It's really loud and not very comfortable. You may also start to feel like your tailbone is breaking. It's just the baby dropping. At least it sounds like your first. The more you have the sooner it happens. I'm on my sixth and last. Just remember the more exercise you do now the faster labor will be. Keep walking and try to ignore the pain. I get them to, i find they come more when i stay in one position for long periods of time, like sitting or standing, or walking an incline. |
