I am 5 months pregnant, and now a days i am geting pain in pelvic area superficially after sex with my husband

its getting difficult for me to go for a walk even.Is it normal during pregnancy because of lack of exercise.?

I think that it is just going to be a little uncomfortable to do those things since you are pregnant, but you need to just keep doing them! You can have sex with your husband up until the day you go into labor! Sometimes it becomes painful in an aching way when your hips begin to spread. If the pain seems more internal, choose a position that makes it less deep. It is really really important to keep exercising though because it will make your recovery much much easier. Dont worry about it- it is normal and you shouldnt worry. Keep tuned into your body and your body will tell you if something that you are doing is too much.

please God ignore what the last moron said...I woudlnt say this is "normal" during pregnancy but everyone has different problems. I know many women who have had sex up to 8 months with no probs, as well as exercsied up to the day before they deliverd. Just to be on the safe side, I would go to the gyno just to make sure everything is ok. Good luck ! :)

Try different positions... you might find you have to do this during different stages of your pregnancy to keep things comfortable. Also make sure that your waistbands aren't too constricting, as this can be a source of discomfort as well. Pelvic pains by themselves are pretty normal during pregnancy... a lot of it has to do with your ligaments stretching to accommodate your growing uterus. And even though it may be uncomfortable, keep on walking! It will actually help the discomfort get better, and get better sooner. Pregnancy safe stretches will help as well... so will making sure you keep yourself well hydrated. :)

talk to ur doctor ur baby might just be laying the wrong way....the usually get to a place they feel comfortable but its hurting u

I agree the baby could be laying the wrong way. Excercise does help with that you should try it
