hey im 16 and skate alot. randomly today near my pelvic area kinda like where my leg ataches to it but up more at my waste i feel pain when i walk ect. what can i do to get rid of this You can try applying heat to the area to see if that helps ease some of the pain in addition to resting a little bit. |
