36 weeks pregnant with pelvic pain after lifting? |
i was helpin my son clean his room, and lifted his toy box. ever since that, i have a pain when i walk. could this have harmed my baby or myself? what happens when your this far along and lift something heavy? any suggestions of what i should do? You may have just pulled a ligament or muscle. If you are feeling the baby move regularly then I wouldn't worry to much, just take it easy on yourself. Congrats on the baby! Relax, Your baby is so well covered in the womb, and protected, your sore because your over did it, I am 39 weeks pregnant and I have that exact soreness after I do a lot. As long as you feel him/her moving your fine, just to ease your mind, make a Doc appt., just to be sure and Just to ease your mind.......... Don't do it. Your ligaments are all stretchy and not designed for lifting. I was 38 weeks when I thought it was a good idea to re fence my horses field. After I fenced rammed for two hours I felt the pain and my mid wife gave me a bollocking. |
