When i do try to roll out of the bed (literally) i have a popping sound in my pelvis.... Which of course freaks me out.... This is my 2nd pregnancy and i didn't have this with my first... I did go into preterm labor at 30 weeks and dialated 1 cm and i was 2cm effaced... Help anybody go through this? Any ways that you became comftorable i'm willing to try anything thats safe with my pregnancy...... My wife had similar symptoms, down to the popping and pre-term labor. She applied hot packs (not too hot), but a physical therapist later told her cold packs would have been better. |
