Pelvic lower pain 24/7? |
I have lower pelvic pain and it's very sharp and very painful. Evidently there is NOTHING that can be done to help it. I just use ice packs and it doesn't really help besides to freeze that area Which feels okay for maybe 5 minutes. :( You need a pregnancy cradle to help support your pelvis. Wow, I had this too. it was so bad I couldn't walk! Felt like something was right on my pelvic bone. Best thing I could do to get it to stop was laying down! As for caring for your other kiddos. I had a 5 y-o when I was preggo with my daughter so he wasn't in school yet. Perhaps you can ask your mom or mom in law to help you with house cleaning and cooking..??? try to ask your OB, caused you cannot take anything besides Paracetamol if your pregnant. I would highly recommend seeing a chiropractor, preferably one who specializes or knows alot about pregnant women. It's hard to say what your pain could be--the sharpest pain I had was due to ligaments stretching, or once after an ultrasound, the babies foot was stretched out into my hip area and that killed! Ouch! Been there done that 3 times. Apparently the baby is in the delivery position. Relax if you can. Please get some family members to help you. The pain will stop shortly after you have your baby if YOU DON'T TRY TO DO A WHOLE BUNCH FOR 6 WEEKS. See now and days they tell us to wait two weeks before moving around the house. But PLEASE wait 6 weeks to try doing alot. Please don't have sex even if you stop bleeding before your 6 weeks is up. Try the kegal exercise as much as possible too. Is there any way your husband can come home? He really should be there with you right now (I know you know that). See if he is able to take a leave of absence. |
